New Beginnings
Isaiah 43:19
19 “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
Oftentimes, when we are going through things, it’s hard to recognize what God is doing, and we sometimes question if He’s doing anything at all. Scripture declares that God neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:1). He’s always moving on our behalf. Have you ever felt that way?
The nation of Israel in Isaiah 43 felt this way when they were expecting God to deliver them from bondage. They expected God to do something as He did before. They thought they had God figured out, and He would deliver just as He did through the Red Sea in “Exodus”. When we think this way, we limit God’s intervention, not His power. You must be open to however God decides to move on your behalf. God tells the people He will do a “new thing” not like before. God wants to blow your mind in this season if you don’t limit Him based on old experiences. How do we allow God to be God?
- Don’t live in your past.
- Embrace your present.
- Thank God for your future. His plans are to PROSPER YOU.
Be blessed as God does a new thing in your life!
