Falling Apart…or Falling in Place?

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. ~Romans 8:28 NLT
We live in a society and time where so much is going on far and near. It can seem overwhelming and cause us to sometimes doubt and even lose hope. I want to bring you an encouraging confirmation to some of those worries when it seems like things are falling apart.
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “when it rain it pours”, and this is said when unfavorable situations come about one after the other. These situations can be very overwhelming, but also understand that God allows rain to come so seeds can be watered, and the harvest can come about. Sometimes those same seeds in the ground get walked on, jumped on, ran on and ran over, but in the end, as long as they are in the ground and rooted, they will produce. Likewise, God allows situations in our lives to happen to take us from faith to faith, from seed form to trees of righteousness. God will use whatever method possible to work out His plan for our lives so that we can be everything He called us to be.
Job lost his children, his wealth, and his health but gained double for all his trouble. Paul, the Apostle, was troubled multiple times, ship wrecked, hungry and almost lost all hope, but finding God’s power made him strong in his weakness. Jesus Himself, at the lowest point in His life, was given a name above every name, and at that name demons tremble, and at that name salvation and deliverance takes place.
So when unfavorable situations happen, just rely on God’s word that “all things work together for the good of those that love God and are called according to His Purpose”. When it seems as if things are falling apart, most times they are falling into place. Blessings
